Water and Polymer Flood Valves

Integral Water Injection Control Valve :- The TRGV-EXA-S integral valve is part of the water-injection control valve family designed for side-pocket mandrels with lateral outlets.

Intelligent Electronic Valve for Static and Dynamic Measurement:- The TRGV-IS/ID intelligent electronic valves, developed and designed to acquire information on reservoir response and behavior during water or polymer injection, as well as to monitor the stability and evolution of injection pressure and flow rate over time for each specific zone.

Standard Injection Module (TRGV-S):- The TRGV – Tandem Regulator Injection Valve system is designed for water injection control in secondary recovery fields with multiple reservoir zones that use regulating valves and mandrels.

Standard Polymer Injection Control Module:- The TRGV-EPI modular device is designed for control and regulation of polymer injection in reservoirs with multiple zones under secondary recovery, using strings with standard side-pocket mandrels.

Low Shear Polymer Injection Control Module:- The TRGV-EPII regulating valve for polymer injection control retains the tandem regulation system of previous models but incorporates several enhancements that result in reduced polymer damage and a broader operational range.

Surface Polymer and Water Injection Control Module:- The Linear Pressure Regulation Device for surface polymer and water injection is designed to control injection across multiple wells with different characteristics using a single surface pump (TLPR).
